YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Topographic Surveys, Construction Staking Layout, & Boundary Surveys
- Ensure projects are built per plans and specifications
- Directing and Supervising a survey crew
- Reading plans and determining grades
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years past experience as a Survey Part Chief
- Must have experience in performing Topographic Surveys, Construction Staking Layout, & Boundary Surveys
- Experience and proficiency with Robotic Total Stations, GPS, Data Collectors, and Computers (Trimble Equipment preferred)
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Ability to read a set of construction plans
- High School Diploma or equivalent (AA or advanced college degree a Plus)
